When you subscribe to any DSIGRS service plan, you are required to make payment at the time of subscription. Our subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis, and the payment for the first month will be processed immediately at the point of subscribing. For subsequent months, the payment will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method on a monthly basis.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date. In the event of any issues with the payment process, you must contact us as soon as possible to resolve the matter.

3. No Refund Policy

We uphold a strict no-refund policy for all our service plans, both for initial and recurring payments. Once a subscription is processed, payments made to DSIGRS are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

This policy applies to:

  • All subscription tiers and plans.
  • Both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
  • Any add-on services or custom development work.

There will be no refunds or prorated refunds for partial months of service, or for months unused after cancellation.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

While DSIGRS does not offer refunds, clients are entitled to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to DSIGRS services until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Your subscription will not be automatically renewed after the cancellation.
  • All future billing will cease at the end of the subscription period in which the cancellation is made.

Please note, cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any kind for the current or past subscription periods.

5. Service Disputes

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality or performance of DSIGRS’s services, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team to discuss your concerns. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues you may encounter. However, dissatisfaction with service or any perceived deficiencies do not qualify for a refund under our no-refund policy.
