These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DSIGRS’s services (“Services”) and constitute an agreement between you (“Client”) and DSIGRS. By subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. DSIGRS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided to existing Clients.
All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of one (1) year. The contract will automatically renew annually unless canceled by either party as outlined in these Terms.
– Cancellations may only be made after the initial one-year term. Upon cancellation, Web200 reserves the right to immediately take down the Client’s website. Any remaining subscription fees will not be refunded.
– Clients who cancel their subscription after completing at least two (2) full years of continuous subscription may retain full ownership of their website, including the design, and may choose to transfer it to another hosting provider.
If a Client wishes to resume their website services after cancellation, they may do so by making the necessary payments and resubscribing to a new term.
All websites created through DSIGRS must utilize DSIGRS’s hosting services. External hosting providers are not permitted for websites maintained or supported by DSIGRS.
All content provided by the Client for use on the website remains the Client’s intellectual property. However, DSIGRS retains ownership of the website design, layout, and any custom code created unless expressly transferred in writing.
Subscription fees must be paid on time as per the agreed billing cycle. DSIGRS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of overdue payments.
DSIGRS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients assume full responsibility for the operation and content of their websites.
DSIGRS respects the privacy of its Clients and is committed to protecting any personal data shared with us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling practices.
While DSIGRS endeavors to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally impact service availability.
All newly subscribed websites will be completed within one (1) month from the subscription date. If completed earlier, the website will be delivered sooner. This timeframe serves as a safe estimation to ensure quality and readiness before launch.
Monthly content updates provided under the subscription plan require a minimum of two (2) weeks for completion. Clients should submit update requests in advance to accommodate this timeframe. Requests for urgent updates within a shorter period may be subject to additional charges, depending on complexity and availability.
To ensure clarity and avoid miscommunication, all project-related instructions, content submissions, and update requests must be provided in written form only—either through email or WhatsApp group chat. Clients are encouraged to include screenshots or screen recordings when necessary for clearer guidance.
DSIGRS does not accept or conduct online meetings (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) as part of its service process, as such sessions may lead to unnecessary delays and inefficiencies in project timelines.
DSIGRS reserves the right to terminate the service for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the website will be taken down, and access will be restricted.
DSIGRS may amend these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
